I proposed a Sergachev for Sharangovich trade. I love it because he could be a great fit on that top line

Yeah he could be. I'm sure if this did happen he'd end up on the top line at some point in the season. And even if not there's a good chance Point or Stamkos is on the 2nd line anyway

Tampa wouldn't want to deal Sergachev in division (especially to Toronto). If they had to probably something like Bunting, Sandin, and 1st which Leafs fans might not even want to do as it could be an overpay

Interesting Sergachev trade, value seems fair ish.
I would lean against the Devils including Sharangovich here however, he's already a bonafide top 6 forward with positional versatility and more room to develop further.
Besides, Devils are quite deep on prospects profiling similarly to Sergachev with Walsh, Mukhammadulin and Hughes.
Think Sharangovich could be replaced with a B level prospect or another mid rd pick could with more cap relief and I'd pull the trigger on this one.

If that were the case than Tampa would essentially be getting no proven NHL players for a 23 year old top 4 d-man. That is not a smart thing for a contending team to do
