If he comes with an extension then some muck needs to go the other way ( White or Zaitsev for example ), for a player on his last contact year this would be a big mistake.
If Ottawa was a top6 winger away from contending for the cup I could warm up to this deal but given where Ottawa is right now this is far too much.

As much as u hate the idea of giving up pasta this deal is the first mock I've seen that I'd honestly consider
