If Pally goes around that number for AAV, I presume he's getting 4-5 on term.
He deserves to retire as a Bolt and I doubt he'll retire as a player with negative value, so I'd add term until he says yes to get a low number.

Bjornfot or Roy+a winger prospect that's close to ready like Chromiak or maybe Fogemo(spelled incorrectly on purpose to avoid the censor)+L.A.'s 1st for Serg and a 3rd or comparable prospect might work though. If L.A. didn't want to move the 1st, Bjornfot/Roy+Chromiak+2nd for Serg could be an option. Tampa likely goes for Bjornfot as higher priority because of the cap hit, but if L.A. wouldn't move him, then Tampa could probably make it work with Roy.
