Leaf fans. Please. Kings don't want Muzzin back. Let it be.

Nothing like this.

Yet again, the zombie Muzzin-to-Los-Angeles pipe dream. The Kings aren't interested in this effort to shed significant cap.

Absolutely no interest in installing Jake Muzzin 2.0 even if he would waive his NTC, plus we could re-sign Alex Edler for less than Jake's cap hit, and we would probably get the same results without having to expend assets to re-acquire Muzz. Will you Toronto guys please stop doing this? It's like the Montreal guys with their silly Jeff-Petry-to-Detroit trades.

For the record, here are the figures for Edler and Muzzin:
Edler, 41 games, 3 goals, 19 points, +18, 52.1 Corsi, 54.4 Fenwick
Muzzin, 47 games, 3 goals, 14 points, -6 , 48.1 Corsi, 47.9 Fenwick.

Why is Nasvhille doing that?

Why is Philadelphia doing that?

Why is Los Angeles doing that?

Every one of these trades is a huge favor for Toronto - the Muzzin trade sheds $3.625M in cap over the next 2 seasons *and* Toronto get the 51st pick in the draft? Toronto gets a career .920 goalie signed to an affordable 3x$5M, and all they have to give up is a pending UFA, an injury-prone prospect, and a late 1st? Philadelphia gives up a dependable, physical middle 6 forward on a good deal (4x$3M) for the rights to a guy who can't stay healthy and a mid-3rd rounder? How do any of these trades help the non-Toronto side of the deal?
