Read this sentence and explain to me how it doesn’t sound like him suggesting a package involving one or more of these three players:

Why would he include the bolded part if these weren’t the main pieces being suggested for a trade?

That sentence could be followed by one proposing 37 first round picks going with those players. Its literally just saying those are guys that might be considered as pieces of a trade.

Yes and then he suggests those pieces might be too much. If he thinks those pieces are too much, then he’s not suggesting anything better would be added
