even if that goal counted and the fLames won the game the Oilers would have still been headed back to Edmonton with a 3-2 series lead so it isn't like this was the final minutes of game 7 or something and plus the fLames had the lead for most of the game it is there own dumb fault that they let the Oilers tie it up

That’s fine if that’s how that was called consistently throughout the year but it hasn’t been. No one is saying that goal is series changing, they should be playing Saturday though.

Counting on the league to call anything consistently will drive you crazy. It should be pretty easy but they refuse to do so. Seeing what the Canes have been called for embellishment during the regular season and then watching the Rangers die on the ice is pretty maddening too.

If the team didn’t all choke collectively for 4 games then they would be playing on Saturday.

Absolutely, I have no problem if they want to call that a kick but then everything is a kick, no puck should go off a skate and in. Is what it is at the end of the day!

I think the league needs to clearly define kicking rule and goalie interference. No adding interpretations to it. Black and white. Change it in the next off-season if you want
