You cant give up Norlinder just to move 1 year of Drouin and then picking up Ladd for some reason. Just swap Drouin and Ladd.

I'd offer sheet Roy. Every team should be trying this with the Vegas cap crunch

offer sheet of 2.1 million which would be the third rounder in 2023 as offer sheets are after the 2022 draft. Vegas cant afford that unless they move another piece. You could probably sway them with the Oilers 2022 2nd rounder in a deal before the draft especially with 14 picks this draft, they need to trade up or acquire assets
