Kravstov probably needs a new team and a new approach to help his development. I think that he has the skills to be a pretty good forward but I don't know if that will ever happen with the Rangers.

That might be too much to retain for WPG, as they would still need to find a C replacement for Scheif and then have enough to extend Laf + two/three other RFAs next season. I can see them asking for Schneider over Lund for that much retention, and well, you know where that convo goes.

I personally don't mind that trade as I would gamble on Laf finding his stride and going off, we do need RD and Lund would allow us to move on from Schmidt and 1sts, late or not, are nice to have -- but there's a reason i'm not a GM of anything.

What I see about Perron rumors, the only two places that he want to sign a cheaper contracts will be St. Louis (everybody know why) or Montreal (childhood team, always wanted to play there a moment of his career, but Bergevin never wanted him), no other options.
