Isles need to keep that pick for themselves imo. I'd rather they draft someone for the future at 13 and then rebuild this season through free agency

That's an overpay for McCabe. At best his value is a 2nd rounder right now as he didn't have a good season overall...was very streaky.

Definitely an overpay for mccabe. I'd be happy if the hawks got a 2nd for him. Would let him go for less.

It’s not normal for a team to give up a #13 pick for a 30 year old defensive defenseman.

the hawks don’t have any assets i’d personally want that we would be able to acquire with just this pick (obviously i’d love debrincat but that’d take miles more). i’d rather target fiala if we’re trading it.
