Carlo has more value than hronek.

Boston, New Jersey, and Toronto deals are all especially bad for Detroit.

Hronek doesn't have that value. I like what you're trying to do I just don't think we have the right pieces to do all of it.

That 2nd would have to be opposite. Detroit sends 2nd and Hronek to Boston for Carlo

I dont think anyone in New jersey is saying yes to that. They likely want more to move back, even if it is 6 spots. its going to take something like a 1st to move Mrazek.. you put Bertuzzi in there and thats a pure win for toronto... they get rid of a contract they dont want and Bertuzzi for a 1st is pretty even if not leaning more toward Bertuzzi... What I am saying is.. that is a pure WIN for Toronto if you offer that as is.

NJ- too much to give up to move up 6 spots. Too early to give up on Zadina. He does a lot of things really well and could blossom under a new coach.
Bos- Hronek is a year younger than Carlo and has 48 more career points in 158 less games
Pit- Wings would probably accept
Tor- Hard pass, not close.
Arz-meh

Zadina sucks. That’s not too much to give up to move all the way up to number 2. In fact, it’s not even close to enough.

Carlo is a defensive defensemen dude, if all you’re going to look at is points when it comes to d men, you’re missing about 99% of the equation. But if you need numbers…how about -95? Does that clue you in on the difference between the two players? Carlo is significantly better.
