I think beau gets traded but Lou would have no interest in a D like pettersson and Beau is more gritty than Zucker.

If Beau gets traded, I think he goes for someone like Boeser , Fiala etc..

Lou and Trotz both don't deserve credit for their ECF runs

This team was in shambles before Trotz took over and his structure was almost unbeatable in the playoffs, he def deserves credit for those runs

Must be nice to have 3 top D like Pelech, Pulock, and Toews all entering their primes. The best thing Trotz did was bring Mitch Korn with him, the guy is a goalie guru. The isles top 4 in 17-18 was Leddy-Boychuk, Pelech-Aho. First year under Trotz: Pelech-Pulock, Toews-Mayfield.

That’s an interesting trade idea but I would take Beauvillier out. Put in Palmeri or Varlamov as I’m sure either would wave for Pittsburgh

Tbh lou should just retire the guy is almost 80. I think firing Trotz after 1 bad year was a huge mistake that lou made.
