why do I feel like Lou isnt going to make any moves

Description

He probably should, but I have the feeling he'll stay silent just like at the TDL.
This season they were at a major disadvantage from the start with a long road trip to open the season and a COVID outbreak with no postponed games before the New Year. They never really got their footing and couldn't string together a streak of wins to put them back in contention for a playoff spot. They ended the year with 84 points. 16 points out of a playoff spot. Then they fire Barry Trotz. The firing was confusing but some of the decisions Trotz made during this season were questionable.

he is 100% making a move. doubt its a big more but i cannot imagine we dont move out a forward and bring in a LD.

Most likely we move out Bailey and bring in Reilly/Soucy

i feel he will peobably keep the foward and try to bring in a ld either trough free agency or by trading pick. lou is in love too much with his players.

I think Leddy will come back at a lower cap hit than the one he had when they traded him. This would be a massive, massive missed opportunity to make a significant upgrade when they are so many better LHDs out there that could be available in trade or free agency, but you're right; Lou loves his guys and has stood pat when turnover seemed inevitable. I hope you're wrong, but there's a very real possibility that you aren't

Lou might be loyal to his guys but he is not stupid, he is going to massively improve his 2nd pair left D at the very least. He even said he willing to trade players to do it.
