According to CapFriendly you only have 58 which was Winnipeg's, but something with St.Louis changed it.

There are 2 conditions from the Copp trade. One condition is that the Rangers 2nd Rounder this year becomes a 1st if they make it to the ECF. The other is Winnipeg having the option to to take either their other 2nd Rounder from the Blues (Buchnevich trade) or defer til 2023 and take that 2nd Rounder.

He had an .898 save percentage and I believe he cleared waivers last season. Getting a 3rd and a 4th would be an absolute steal for the Rangers.

Edit- he was not placed on waivers last year. When I looked I found probably a half dozen articles suggesting how the Rangers should try to fix georgiev from last fall. So maybe somebody would give up a 3rd for him, it seems like a lot though.
