Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Bringing in some cap dumps to fill the holes in the roster. Leaving Veleno, Berggren and Edvinsson in Grand Rapids to develop more, call up when needed. Looking at getting Bertuzzi, Larkin and Nedeljkovic signed to extensions as soon as possible. Trade Deadline get what you can for Dadonov, JVR, Sundqvist, Erne, Brossoit, Suter and Hornqvist.

The Philly trade is hard to value as they don't have any seconds to trade.

Obviously trades are based if players with clauses decide to waive them or don't have Detroit as one of the teams they can't go to.

I know Fletcher is so bad but I can't see Flyers doing this. They aren't competitive and don't need the cap space.

They actually do need cap space, they only have 5M for next year and need to resign tippet and frost, not that they should cost too much, but also a back up and fill out the roster. The trade itself was more about the value, I know very well they wouldn't trade a first to dump JVR.

If Florida is willing to do that trade it's a steal. It's a shame that Luostarinen only wins 40% of his faceoffs, everything else about him looks really, really good.

I really like him, I think he doesn't get a good chance in Florida because of their depth. Faceoffs can be practiced and improved upon.

Flyers don’t need a backup. Fedotov should be the guy and if not Sandstrom. The Flyers don’t need cap especially because they shouldn’t try to be good next year like at all. Get rid off anybody not named Couterier, Farabee, or Hart anyone else should be available for the right price
