Man I hope you're right. Feels like he's been around forever but he's only 22 and imo was thrown in to the NHL too early. Hoping his recent play isn't another flash in the pan.

I've also been wondering if they'd maybe move Kreider to the right so Laf can play his preferred LW. Obviously you wouldn't do that in a season where Kreider is scoring 50+ from the LW, but maybe they can give it a try this fall in preseason and see how he manages.

I think signing strome long term would end our future. We have to choose between him and Copp and I think there's no question that Copp is a better player and fit and will ask for very similar money.

I'm hoping Drury keeps Sather out of the front office this summer. Strome would gets 6x6 is Sather was in the room. Drury knows better (at least I hope).
