More could be added by Islanders but overall I think this could be a good idea for both teams, especially if it would open the opportunity for the leafs to sign another top 6 forward like Nichushkin.

None of those guys could have played on the fourth line this year or they would have. Even Clifford got ice time over these guys. Re-sign Blackwell, bring in another FA and add to the third line dropping Engvall to the fourth

Players are allowed to get better. Leafs need guys to step up because of the cap and these are the best options.
