Why do Habs fans think they can get 2 OA without giving up one of Suzuki/Caufield?

On what planets does the #29 pick Petry+Mailloux+Tuch net the #2 pick? Those pieces don't move you up 27 spots.

When are casual hockey fans from random teams gonna realize that Suzuki and Caufield are worth more along the lines of Petterson than 2nd OVA and stop being ridiculous? Would Vancouver consider Petterson for 2nd OVA? No of course they wouldn't but somehow you think the Habs should do Zuke or CC!

Detroit declines. Pretty sure we can come up with 14 points (6 goals) in 60 games with a current Red Wings player.

Detroit passes, Armia is a mess. And you're looking at $8,000,000 x 4-5 years to sign Kris Letang.

When are Habs fans gonna realize they have nothing else of worth and that’s why Devils fans keep asking, in response to these awful offers, for the two pieces that are actually of interest to the team?

Armia is a really good defensive forward and penalty killer but he is also grossly overpaid for his lack of offensive production. We'll take him off your hands if you retain half his salary and give us him for free, otherwise not thanks.

You seriously think Petterson is better than Zuke or Caufield and you are calling ME delusional. Zuke and Petty have almost the same stats this year and Caufield had 35 points in 36 games once he started getting deployed properly after the coaching change. As I said they all have similar value, the problem is you have a bias against Montreal that clouds your judgement.

Cool, now do the previous seasons.

I guess Tage thompson is better than Patrice Bergeron using your process and that only points matter

Oh, you mean when Zuke was playing behind Danault in a reduced role while Petterson was playing top line for the Canucks and still only netter 20 points more than Zuke?! Yup that is really comparing apples to apples there!

You really want me to go there don't you?!

Bergeron is 36, Thompson is 24 its not unreasonable for a 24 year old to put up as many points as a 36 year old even if the 36 year old is the better player. Try setting your bias aside and ACTUALLY compare similar aged players like Zuke and Petty. Instead of being a troll.

I don't actually think Thompson is better than Bergeron.

But using your methods, I have no choice.
