I was gonna laugh and move on at the Tatar deal but if the implication that the Sens move up from 7OA to 2OA and are able to pick Slafkovsky at the cost of the downgrade from Brown to Tatar and a 2nd is tempting... idk if the Sens actually do it, I think they may be more inclined to trade the 7OA and Brown for a direct, current upgrade instead. But I don't hate the idea of this. Sens fans have been getting impatient recently and wanting to be more competitive next year and it's understandably so, but with next year's draft, another year of taking it a bit slow would be far from the worst thing in the world.
