IMO all non Canuck teams say no. Pearson for Bear doesn't seem like good value for Carolina. Marino for Garland, I wouldn't do as straight up.
More unlikely extension talk. Miller might land in Columbus as a UFA, no need for Columbus to give up so much. Besides that extension....starting next years 7 years for 30 years old seem steep.

If it was up to me, I don’t think Miller makes Columbus a playoffs team, so I wouldn’t be trading a 1st round pick from him, I’d also be very hesitant to trade Boqvist or Texier with their development this season. As much as i like Miller, I’d just wait for him to be a a UFA and keep our prime assets. Maybe if you wanted Bemstrom, Bean, Foudy and a 2nd I could get behind that, but I don’t think Vancouver would take that as a trade for Miller.

It's different than the usual Miller to CBJ trades, I'll grant you that - it doesn't leave us in the lurch at RD, for one. I'm still not convinced he's a good target for us, though.
