Edmonton trade ain't happening. Barrie isn't negative value they might be forced into a midround pick for him but they won't pay to move him. Kassian while overpaid again isn't worth moving if it costs good assets when his buyout is 667k next year.

So Oilers can get 3rd for Barrie, buyout Kassian and re-sign Kulak to ~2.2M. While not giving away draft capital.

I'd hope Detroit takes that
