Salo will get 750 k and Grant Hutton will likely get 750 k to be the 7D. They need to either sign a UFA or trade for a guy like Mike Reilly to play 2LD. The islanders should not be spending more than a 2nd round pick on a defenseman when they have arguably the 2nd best trio of top pair D in the league.
