Three-peating is hard, but one potential problematic matchup that stands out to me is our ability to beat the Rangers in 7 games should we face them in the ECF.

1. The Vasy factor is neutralized by Shesterkin.
2. Their top 6 is lethal.
3. Bottom 6 of: Goodrow, Chytil, Reaves, Motte, Vatrano, and Kakko will be tough to beat.

I think we've got the Leafs in 7 if Cirelli Hagel Killer get rolling. I honestly think that empty netter for Hags was huge for him

Round two is gonna be the big one. Florida have taken the Tampa blueprint and built and absolute monster. Vasy gonna need to be Vasy.

The Rangers in round 3 is where Pointer is going to start his case for the Conn Smythe. CPP is going to start clicking. Get on his back, let's do this thing.

Minnesota is going to be huge. They're going to be playing up the underdog factor the entire post season despite being an absolute beast of a lineup. 7 games deep of the best cup final we've seen in years. Cinderella story says Perry scores the cup winning goal but in reality it'll be an ugly mess of a thing that takes 4minutes of replays to determine that nobody touched Rutta's bomb from the point.

I agree. As good as Toronto, Florida, and Carolina can be, I really don't want to play New York or maybe even Pittsburgh. We have not played remotely well against either of those teams this year

Completely agree with the bracket. Lightning over Leafs in 6, Panthers in 7, Rangers in 7, Wild in 6. (I could see the Avs making it over the Wild should Kuemper prove to be solid in net, but his late-season struggles have made me lose some of my confidence.)
