what I love is the fact that this trade is pretty close to ROR.

Dubois isn't being traded, but a cap dump, a bad first round pick with severe character issues, a couple average to low end bottom sixers and a couple late picks gets Chevy to hang up the phone fairly quickly after you finish your offer.

Armia is also one of the few players that Vesalainen has more value than.

Hoffman's trash. Don't want him anywhere near Dallas and especially with Bowness being our coach he'd be complete waste. He can't defend for his life and our team doesn't grant him access for attacking plays.

Without looking at anything else, how did you manage to get the 2025 1st to appear?

So for PLD your opinion is that a former late 1st round pick that hasn't yet established himself as an NHLer, a guy that is toxic as a sex offender, a middle 6 C, a bottom 6 W, a late 1st and a 2nd should get the Jets to say yes?

I doubt the Sabres would make that trade if they had a chance to do it again. In hindsight it clearly wasn't enough.

Lets talk about that Blues / Sabres trade

1st is a 1st and a 2nd is a 2nd, so lets ignore the picks.

Tage Thompson was a late 1st round pick and I'm assuming that the comparable is Poehling? The big difference was Thompson was D + 2 and Poehling is D+5. Poehling was drafted the year after Thompson was and is going to be 24 next year. He was taken the pick after Vesalainen who you've actually asked for here as well.

Berglund I guess is the equivalent to Armia in this offer? Guy was a bottom 6 with some size that ended up quitting the NHL but that wasn't known at the time of the trade.

Sobotka is another bottom 6 NHLer that I guess Dvorak is the comparable player?

Then you give us Mailloux for Vesalainen. Despite our need for RHD I'm not interested in Mailloux being near the Jets at all...

It's a super easy no from the Jets, despite the fact that there was a similar trade that happened where a team said yes and regrets it.

At first I was about to do an offersheet then I erased the idea and kept the AGM to redo another common playstation trade !!

If Pierre-Luc Dubois truly goes on the market. he's getting far better offers than that.

I can, But i'm not wasting my time. Noway would Chevy accept that offer. You're not getting PLD without Nick Suzuki heading the other way. I can tell you that right now.
