Blues don't consider that trade. Buch in his first year as a blue is above a PPG and they just signed him. Garland is decent but not as good as Buch. That trade is tilted in favor of Vancouver

Blues decline. His chemistry with Thomas combined with his awesome two-way game makes him the perfect Blue for the next few years. Yeah, the offer for him is really good, it just makes no sense for the Blues to do it.

Arizona needs warm bodies to fill out the roster next year, so I could see them giving you a couple of thirds for that package, but I don't see anyone else being interested in it.
