Take out Boeser and add your unprotected 1st and a young 1C or 1C potential prospect minimum, I would think.

Our prospect pool is pretty bad and I doubt we are gonna trade another 1st. What if we put jt miller instead of boeser

We add but not a lot. Windjammer basically always ****s on Canucks anything.

JT is too much. Maybe it's Brock, Rathbone and a 2nd but that might be too much.

I doubt the Islanders would want one year of Miller for a young RHD that looks like he will be a top pair guy. He won't come cheap.

I always thought you were a little more objective, but I can see now that I was wrong. Thinking a winger that doesn't live up to his contract now and has a horrible QO or one year of an older player nets a 22 year old top pairing RHD is definitely viewing the trade with your orca glasses on.

Although he probably wants a huge contract after next year, Miller is still relatively young and in his prime. I think you might be underestimating how good miller is,

Miller is indeed a very good player, but if Dobson was on my team, I certainly wouldn't give him up for Miller, especially when you factor in that Miller only has one more year before looking for a huge raise.

fair enough, but miller is a gamechanger. He consistently puts up points and he's a good leader. If the islanders are healthy next season miller could take them all the way.

Yup. I like Miller, he would be a good add. It's just how much he costs to acquire and how much he wants on his next contract that is troublesome.

I'd love Dobson but it's more likely to see Boeser or Garland to NYI for a 1st than Dobson. The Isles have a good team but it's been a down year, can't see them parting with Dobson without a huge offer.

I'm surprised you care enough about something that doesn't involve the Jets.
