absolutely insane trade for Monahan lmao. He's not worth Crookshank alone right now, let alone the added 3rd. I know the idea is to offload White's contract but it'd be easier to make a lateral move with White or just buy him out than to give up that much to get rid of him, and Monahan is a negative asset with how he's playing right now relative to his contract. Also suggesting to put him at C2 and bump Stutzle back to the wing when he's been a way better player since moving to centre. Montreal is apparently interested in White, with Kent Hughes being his former agent and all. There's definitely going to be way cheaper ways to shed his contract without losing assets and taking on negative value for a player that has fallen off specifically because of injury
