Steeves likely isnt a top 6 winger, he projects to be a 3rd/4th line guy down the line. So basically swap your LW's around. I would also bring back back Spezza for dirt cheap.

As for Campbell, moving out both Mrazek (which will very likely happen) and Holl (which could happen) should provide enough cap space to pay for Soup and a replacement #7

I would think you could move Kerfoot for some more flexibility. I also think Knies would win out over Steeves. Robertson as well.

If they do not do well this year in the playoffs, there will be a big move. Nylander I think will be the guy moved, as much as it should be Tavares they won't be able to move him.
