All of these except Minnesota are horrible for Toronto. The Minnesota one is horrible for Minnesota

This is a borderline playoff team after these moves

Minnesota doesn't consider this deal. Why Does certain leafs fans on other sites like Twitter do this? Do Minnesota take on cap dump in Justin holl and 4th liner in Kerfoot? No. Guerin isn't fletcher, or your GM

Lol, kerfoot a 4th liner, good one

With all due respect, just because leafs doesn't have depth doesn't meanwild don't. Kerfoot would be a 4th liner in Minnesota. So no, they aren't taking him on. He's not even a c, he's a Winger

Holl has no value and Kerfoot does not have the value of three 2nd round picks. Minnesota can't afford to get Kerfoot and Holl, even if they wanted. And I doubt we would want to.

Yeah, you really dont know anything about kerfoot.
1- hed be your 3rd line lw at worst
2- he can in fact play c and does so pretty regularly in Toronto
And pro tip, with all due respect, if you mean "we dont need left wingers" then say that and not "he's a 4th liner"

When I say 4th line, I meant in Minnesota, not your team , or others

This is Minnesota's 3rd and 4th line and he certainly won't play over any of them
Joel Eriksson Ek, greenway and foligno
Nic D, Tyson jost (C) , and Brandon duhaime

So at best Tyson jost comes out for Kerfoot. So no, he's not Minnesota's 3rd best lw. Minnesota 3rd line is one of the best shutdown line in the league

Immediate no from the Jackets. Yes, Nylander is an excellent player. But he's a winger, and we have plenty of wingers, including three top-line guys. Giving up the 1st is not something we're doing unless we get a boost at one of the two areas we presently lack (#1C and defensive RD); asking us to give up our only RD prospect of any real value when we're already short of them on the roster as well just makes this a complete non-starter.

And don't try to pull any "bUt NyLaNdEr Is AcTuAlLy A cEnTeR" nonsense in response. He's not. We know he's not. We've seen him at it before.

Kampf is near the top of the league in faceoffs and is the leafs best shutdown 3c by a mile. They wouldn't keep Engvall over him imo.

And I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again - I don’t buy into these types of guys until I’ve seen them play with Tavares or Matthews *not* being the one feeding them pucks.

Cause guys like Nylander are going to be expected to carry the play when it’s Boone Jenner or 19 year old Cole Sillinger as their C.
