They're the ones that need to be cap compliant. Don't accept a draft pick with a < 50% chance at being a 100 gamer as compensation.

If they get out of Dadonov cheaper, offersheet Roy or Hague.

All they have to do is put one or two of their guys from IR onto LTIR (Lehner/Pacioretty) and they are cap compliant again. They're not going to give up a top quality defenseman just to get through 16 games of cap hell.

I've been to New Jersey...not likely.

Sounds like you've clearly never been to Hoboken. And I'm sure theyre okay with living just outside NYC for $4M, which Vegas very clearly won't be able to afford without some serious LTIR subtractions (which hurts the team) or some serious selling off (which also hurts the team)

Mostly Central Jersey (Tom's River, Lakewood) and as far north as Rutgers. Got stuck at some craphole hotel in Newark, when I missed my connecting flight at EWR.

None are places I'd like to re-visit.

Tampa Bay was helped for the past two years; Vegas is in a bit different situation but they'll probably find a way to resolve it. If you are asking for too much, someone else will just help them and it's done.

Hoboken and Jersey City are great
I've met Dougie in Hoboken a couple weeks ago

NJ is a pretty good place to live. Close to NYC, Philly and other big cities. Close to beaches.
