I was originally going to put in a win for Pittsburgh, but they ate into their tiny cap space for a #7D (not even a 6/7. They also give another finger to Riikola.

I was going to ask who would vote Winnipeg, since they basically gave away a player for nothing. Even if they get the 7th back, there's only about a 1 in 4 chance they play a single game in the NHL.
