ARI declines. They are under no pressure to move Chychrun. They'll hold out till they get something that blows them away.

It's not a bad offer, but it lacks the WOW centerpiece to go with the first.

Fair and it would likely mean its a blessing in disguise - Mason has been looking really good the last couple seasons (Urho looked good until he got hurt and Jake has shown again he hasnt forgotten how to play hockey). It will be interesting to see if/how he (mason) performs at a camp when he is done his college commitment.

No to Phil Kessel…
Crouse would be a nice playoff addition.
I don’t know what AZ’s playing at by dangling Chychrun as trade bait? They already have a zillion draft picks.
Joke franchise, they should be moved to a real hockey city. Bring back the Whale! 🐳

Worry about your own team and stop trying to take ours. Arizona has a hardcore base of fans that has stuck with them and all their mistakes for years. Just think if every MLB team said the Red Sox or the Cubs should be folded because they never won for a hundred years.

Good call on the Red Sox and Cubs, only difference is they still had fans show up and loads of TV contracts smile Not to mention Yotes may have fans, but they are always in the bottom 5 for percentage of attendance to games.

And I never see a Red Sox or Cubs game play in smaller baseball stadium. The problem with Coyotes is that they alway on bottom attendance of the league, don't make alot of money alot of time loose money that other teams need to compensate for them. They don't seen to find the good place to be home.

Not sure you read your first message or my reply. I never said that the Sox or Cubs play in a smaller stadium, I just said they always seem to get fans (win or lose) and huge TV contracts etc. You made a reference and implication that the Yotes have great fans and compared them to when the Cubs and Sox were losing. As if to say we cant compare having the Yotes relocate or the Sox or Cubs would have during those losing spells. The main difference between them not relocating is the fact they still made money and had fans come the the games - so they are not the same.

Everyone already knows Arizona is near the bottom of the league in attendance - we are talking percentage wise, as some arenas are larger than others so you can't take total fans, but you can take how often they sell out as a percentage and Arizona is any where from 70% to 94% being their highest attendance and always in the bottom 5 for attendance. The fact you even reiterated yourself that they dont have an arena to play in amongst many other factors would also indicate that they would be a prime candidate to be re-located (not to mention I think Forbes has them listed at the least valuable team in the NHL).

I admire the dedication to be a Coyotes fan.
Nothing to do with winning/losing though.

Even a fan has to admit that they aren't stable and could have more security elsewhere. They can't keep an arena, let alone fill one, and they've been on financial life support pretty much from their inception.

Best of luck to the fans. It can't be easy.

What I mean when I say that I never see Red Sox or Cubs play in smaller stadium is the fact that the yotes are gonna play in 5000 person arena next year I think, I don't know what happen but they can't stay in they current arena.
