Johnny is definitely getting at least 10 on the open market given how is year is going, Tkachuk's year + the fact that his qualifying offer will be 9 million means no it's not an overpayment for either one.. mangiapane potentially could be a slight overpayment but he's gonna end up with over 30 goals this year and probably around 60 points so it's not too far off his value.

You are correct, Gaudreau will get 70M on the market but 82M here, tell me how that is not an overpay. Thats more than what Panarin got when there wasn't a flat cap.
Tkachuk has not at all earned more than Brayden Point.
Mangiapane should get a similar contract to Bjorkstrand and Teravainen as they are very similar style and caliber players, he definitely should not get more than Buchnevich though
