Lohrei is the same tier as Lysell. I would not trade Lysell 1 for 1 in a Horvat trade. Lohrei is a bluechip prospect.

This entire ACGM is a disaster. The horvat trade doesn’t make any sense. Bruins shouldn’t want him, and the Canucks shouldn’t want to just give him away.

Then you’ve got a capped out team with a 20 man roster, which just isn’t a thing in the NHL. Just a poor effort.

I mean it's probably the most popular website for prospect rankings, Drive4Five's list is the other more popular one and Lysell barely cracks the top 100. Lohrie again not there.

They are solid prospects but they are are not blue chip. I get it though, Boston's pool is really thin so they are the best you have but they just don't rank as highly around the rest of the league

I wouldn't quite say they're bluechips. Lohrei is putting up pretty good numbers tho. He's right up there with Power and Hughes (all 3 are defensmen of the year finalists) Lohrei is an overager, but he also converted to d from forward. Lysell has hands, speed, play driving ability. He isn't putting up the most desirable numbers, but he's playing on a pretty crappy team, and getting used to NA ice. About the list tho, what makes Nicholas Robertsson a top 20 prospect in the league? I don't know much about him, kind of curious.

Can we talk about Chychrun for a second? I agree that he has all the tools and the contract that make him an attractive player. However, I don’t see him as a true number one D right now and all the trade speculation has him fetching a package with top prospects and 1st round picks.

Chychrun exploded last year, but he shot well above his career shooting pct and had an ozone start of over 60%. This year both are way down and so are his numbers. Playing next to McAvoy would free him up from the heavy lifting defensively, but CM does that for any partner. Could the Bs get 75% of the production for 50% of the acquisition cost from someone else or is Chychrun that good that he could carry his own pair or form a super pair with CM73 and make the trade package worth it?

Full caveat that I don’t watch many Coyotes games so I can only go by his hockey reference page and how every article about him mentions his struggles this year. So let me ask AZ fans: if he was on another team would you trade your only highly ranked prospect and multiple picks (including at least one 1st) for him?
