The no is due to Cuylle being in the trade, no way he gets traded for a rental. If they were to make an offer for Tierney it would be a draft pick IMO. 3d round, maybe, but more likely 4th round. Just a guess. Can't see them giving up a 2nd round for him.

WSH declines, too much for Sanford. If a mid 2nd round pick is the ask, I’d go elsewhere for a winger that would be depth and not getting much playing time. (Like trading a 5th for Michael Raffl)
