Just wanted to see how much $$$ we have to spend on a 2C next year. After signing Kakko, Blais, and a backup goalie, plus small deals for 7D/13F, it looks like we can comfortably spend $5M on a 2C. And if we want to go right up against the cap, we can spend $7M.

This just clarifies a couple things:

1) Nemeth gotta be traded in the offseason. No way around it.
2) Hunt, even though he's not a great player, is sticking around. GG likes him and he makes basically league minimum.
3) UFA Centers this year are gonna be slim pickins. $7M is probably not enough for Hertl or Kadri. It's basically Copp, Trocheck, or Strome, unless we do some offer sheet shenanigans or there's a trade.
