They are the 4th team in the league. Obviously they stink and need to retool. Dump Pettersson for nearly zero return, bring in one of the most over-rated players in the league in Rakell... Obvious moves to help this slug of a team. 5th place... have some pride Penguins!

I agree with you on Rakell for sure and your general overall sentiment. This team is for real and while they could use a couple of pieces, a retool would be silly.
