Going to take way more than that for a top 5 goalie in the league. From the Jets perspective they would get a very good (not elite) d prospect, a B level prospect that isn't a lock to be an nhl regular, a 13th forward, a mid to late first and a second.

Basically Broberg plus a 2022 1st round pick and 2023 2nd round pick the rest is meh. Noway would Chevelldayoff accept that. If Hellebuyck is on the trade market other teams would easily blow away this offer.

Hellebuyck won't be on the trade block and i don't see the Jets trade him. The pro scout was at the game for maybe someone like Chiarot, Lehkonen or Copp. That are some of the player who was linked with the Oilers.

That's probably a good starting point if Hellebuck was to get moved.

I don't see Cheveldayoff actively trying to fire himself by trading Hellebuyck in the near future. Maybe in the last year in Hellebuyck's deal if he doesn't want to re-sign.

I think you have the core of it down with Broberg, the 1st and 2nd. More needs to be added that would come with trade talks. Edm would likely have something coming the other way as well. Not necessarily a spectacular asset but a multiple asset trade for both teams.

If I’m Chevy I’m adamant that Bouchard be part of the deal.
Bouchard/Holloway/1st/ and a 2nd or Skinner for Helly/DeMelo as a base. Not sure what’s needed to balance the trade

This deal wouldn't generate a return call from Winnipeg. The only valuable piece is the 1st. Broberg is an unneeded LD, Lavoie is meh, Turris is a rental, so worthless and a 2nd is a 2nd.

You would need to start with a high quality piece.
