Brendan Dillon is not good at all

I watched Holl tonight, neither is he lol.

yet he's having a better year than Dillon, and no one is trying to trade him a good prospect and pick for Holl

The Jets have no reason to trade Dillon and aren't moving him for a poor return as suggested here.

Dillon is still a pretty solid and steady defender. Takes some bad penalties, not flashy at all but generally get the job done. JFresh card is pretty positive for a stay at home defender. Not a great stat to go by but +14 on the Jets is pretty decent and leads the team. Grain of salt as it is the Jets.
With all the talk of Chiarot being worth a 1st, I really have no idea as to values at this stage.

if the metric we're looking at is a jfresh chart, than you should look at the Holl one.
