Description
let me know how far off I am on these. or if you have a better idea.
read this if you want, then come at me like usual.

Reasons for Trades:
Chariot - I live in Edmonton and they need a solid bruzzer on the back end that can play in their 6 and PK. We are asking alot of Nurse, Keith(when Healthy), Bouchard, Ceci, Barrie, Russell, and Lagasson. Bouchard has developed great this season(will be the Oilers top dman next year IMO), Nurse has been himself which is good and I do like Ceci and keith together, I just think you need someone else to spot fill and Russell and lagasson is not it(IMO).

Kulak: he can go anywhere where someone needs a top 6 d to play, i just picked pitt as I had their window open in the Trade with Screen

Petry: tough one to move and I get it. he just kind of seems like he would be great in Pitt. not sure about their cap but I was more or less looking at Value wise. Not even sure what he is worth right now. He has been brutal this year, but traditionally a top 4 40 point RH dman. but he is getting old. truthfully, Im not even a fan of my trade now haha

Oilers are not trading a first round pick player having a great year in the Q for one of the worst dmen in the league lmao, why do habs fans think this guy is worth more than a 3rd round pick, id rather not have him on my team let alone give up our 2021 first round pick whos lookig more and more promising every day

Pens decline both. They don’t need Kulak as they already have 5 nhl LHD that are much better than him and also RHD that can play the left side.
They also aren’t paying for your cap dump.

Pens wouldn't pay that for Petry, they need a defensive focused RHD unless Marino is moved. He'd also probably need half retained if they were to afford him. Don't think he gets a good d prospect and 1st, maybe a 1st if he's half retained plus a decent prospect

Don’t see why Edmonton gives up soo much when Niemelianen has stepped in and filled that role perfectly.

Though i agree with you about Bourgault, I dont agree with you worst Dman in the league when you have Russell on your team haha. and I dont think Habs fans are really saying that he is worth a 1st, TSN is mostly reporting that. They are the ones saying he should fetch a 1st...which i think is wild as your right, he is a bottom 3 dman on most teams.

ya I would agree. Tough to see as the last couple years, Petry was a stud. hard to watch a fall off like this.

Big reason why I think he will keep it up is because of woodcroft he knows Niemelianen extremely well and knows his limitations and there wasn’t really a feeling out process coming in. I think what we see is what we get and I’m thrilled with it.

100% would love it as well. we havent realy had man "Surprise" guys from the AHL in the last couple years. Like the players who are considered fringe NHLers that make a good impact. hope he can keep going.

Yea it's tough for the pens, cause Marino could be moved for FW help since only our first line is consistent rn, but then we'd have to move for a Barrie or Petry to replace him and the assets lost just keep raising and they wanna keep as many as possible
