Dallas probably declines because it’s two pending UFAs for a UFA. I’m sure they’d want futures. Pens decline that Canucks deal. Boeser’s QO is awful. No reason for the pens to pay for that

Pass from the Pens as well. The Pens won't be able to keep Boeser because of his qualifying offer, so they're basically left with nothing at the end of the day. They probably won't recoup a 1st for his rights.

If they are in the hunt, then I really can’t see them doing this cause they’d want to keep their solid goaltending.

Value isn't atrocious for Boeser but we were going to accept 75 cents on the dollar for him it'd have to be for organizational needs which is defense.
