1. Ana is in the playoffs picture so they'd be sellers as of right now

2. That's a terrible return for Anaheims 2 best trade chips with retention

Assuming you meant to type "wouldn't be" sellers right now, both of your points are absolutely correct.

I think trading them separately may bring better return

If you're going by p% the Ducks aren't in the playoffs right now, and Verbeek has said that they're still in a rebuild and just recently indicated he would either be extending players or trading them at the deadline. So it's more likely than not that Lindholm, Manson and Rakell are gone by the deadline. But I agree, that's a terrible return for Anaheim.
