I have Howard at 15, he’s been ranked anywhere from a mid 1st to early 2nd, he’d be a great Leafs lol, another good scoring winger

Hopefully with his u18 play he goes up. As to me he is to talented to be in the 25-32 range which alot of ranking have him at. But then again would be a good steal for whoever gets him
