Neighbours isn't ready for that. And why shove Dad to the 3rd line and Barby down to the 4th line? Those are like two lines too low.

I don't worry too much about the line numbers. Chief likes to mix things around other than a few duos - really all that matters is feeding the best guys the most minutes while insulating the younger guys. That's why I'd like to see Neighbours with Schenn. I don't like the 4th line dump and change role for Jake, could hinder his development or waste his ability. Honestly if they extend Perron it's going to put someone on L4 who doesn't belong.

What do you think about breaking up Krug-Faulk to run the Minnesota guys together? D still looks like it needs an external upgrade to me, unless Scotty makes a massive jump in the second half.

1- Okay, but Thomas is not ready for the top match-ups, and we don't want him expending so much energy on defense anyway. That assignment belongs to Dad.

2- Perunovich did okay when paired with Faulk, but he's still too timid to take over shifts offensively. It will come, and then he'll likely go play with Colt (provided he's not dealt for an established LD, of course). I see no reason to split up Krug and Faulk. They have balance and chemistry.
