Swap him out for Rory Kerins then.

Kinda hyped on him but I think I can live with that. Likely wont fit our timeline. Him and Francis both look like steals

Very expensive for Rakell.
Not that high on Rakell for the flames, don't think he would make that much impact for the cost.
Would rather go big game hunting for a game changer like Giroux, pavelski or hertl.
Or if you want a middle 6 forward I think Jarnkrok would be a cheaper option and a better fit.
