Not to be insensitive but if I was an alien and was trying to watch the Olympics or learn about the Olympics based on advertisements, tv, news, etc I’d think the Olympics were a womens only event with the occasional mixed competition. Equality is great but I want to see some mens competitons as well

I’m a big fan of Kemell, but if he’s not available when we pick, I really think we’ll be taking Slafkovsky, and I wouldn’t be mad at that. He’s big and a great skater, which is everything the Sens have very clearly valued quite highly when drafting in recent years, plus he can keep up with Stutzle in the skill and speed department. If he can learn to use his body to his advantage he will be dominant imo. Throw Pinto on the RW to take faceoffs (like how Pettersson is a centre but Miller takes faceoffs when they play together) and be a 2-way guy with high skill as well, and you have an excellent 1st line imo (and the Tkachuk-Norris-Batherson line is established as a top 1st line already). I would be perfectly happy with Slafkovsky, Kemell, Wright, Savoie, Lambert, or Cooley depending on where we pick. Maybe Yurov. I’m personally not as high on Nazar, I have him around 10 as a 2C kinda guy, I’d rather draft a top line winger to go with Stutzle tbh (between Norris, Stutzle, Pinto, and Greig we’ll have a stacked 1-2-3 punch, Wright and Cooley are just the level of centre that you don’t pass on and everyone else I said I think would play on Stutzle’s wing).

Honestly I don’t think they’ll do much at the TDL. They’ll probably ship off a few expiring contracts (Tierney and Sanford are probably gone, maybe J. Brown if anyone will take him, maybe Forsberg or Ennis for a decent offer), but they resigned Holden (probably the most valuable pending UFA they had) and don’t really have any big pieces. The only way they’ll make a splash is if they deal Connor Brown half-retained for a Coleman-esque package. I think this will probably be a pretty chill deadline. Love the lines though, I would be very happy if we got Wright lol

Czech is Pasta vs. Voracek, and also Nosek is a Bruin. Finland is Puljujarvi and maybe Koskinen vs. half the Stars lol, mainly Heiskanen+Hintz, but also Lindell, Hakanpaa, Kiviranta. Tbh if I was doing this, I woulda had Carolina go (Aho, Teravainen, Kotkaniemi, Raanta) instead of Edmonton, and then have Florida play Tampa Bay somewhere (battle of Florida, both very exciting to watch and legitimate cup contenders, it’s a great showcase matchup).

It’s probably that some of the womens event have already started but not many mens event, checking the Olympic schedule might help you
