Flames have no need for Manson, send him elsewhere

Ducks aren’t moving Gibson and definitely not for that. The Manson price is a bit optimistic. And the ducks have zero interest in Ritchie even if it ups the draft pick to a 1st.

Oilers are all over that deal. Absolutely a yes.

My question is, are the Ducks going to be sellers? Their early success this season caught pretty much everyone off guard. Would be pretty demoralizing for all the players to finally be looking at a playoff spot only to have management sell.

As an Oilers fan, I can only hope that Gibson would become available and that this is all that it would cost.

There is no shot that would be the cost

It would be tough to imagine the Ducks deal an elite goaltender to a division rival in the middle of his prime tho. Obviously this trade is an absolute yes for the Oilers like how its absolutely never going to happen. Under no circumstances I see the Oilers and Ducks making trades involving prominent players that have contracts beyond the 2021-2022 season.

Lindholm would be signed already if this is the money he was looking for. It's probably more realistic hes dealt at the deadline then extended unfortunately.
