Description

The Devils are once again going to miss the playoffs, but they’ve got a lot of young talent. I don’t think they’ll do all that much at the trade deadline. What they need to do most is get another goalie, but I’m sure they’ll make a couple other moves too.

How do you expect the Leafs to eat a 4.5 mil cap hit?

You outright ignored the Leafs cap situation where they'd need to pay more to make that kind of cap space and then the cost is frankly just way too much for a player like Subban.

Think it's better if Ritchie were sent back to NJD along with an improved asset, like a 2nd, for PK retained.
Clears more cap for the Leafs and Holl is of no use to the Devils anyway.
