Armia would be the hardest to move, troll if you want but you know it's true. Real GM's see value in the rest even if fans don't.

I'd say a 1st, Mitchell, and Johnson (for cap).
First might be dicey though, due to conditions and the likelihood of it being top 10. If you've given up on Strome yet, he might be a substitute.

The question I have, is whether Chicago is in a position to be adding like a contender for next year? If they aren't making the playoffs anyway, Gallagher probably isn't an option.

Tbh I build rosters of players I think make great teams. Gallagher is a “gamer”. I love guys like Gallagher, Wilson, Marchand, Shaw, etc. Not because they’re pest but because they really play hard.
