It's a bit early to give up on a kid who was incredible in the playoffs last year and that is playing on a terrible team, with a terrible system and a terrible coach.

The whole team was in shamble... can't do much when you spend 85% of you shift in your own zone... its hard to have offensive flashed when Savard and Chariot are eating the boards in the corner.

Trading Caufield for a similarly rated C or RD prospect isn't the worst idea. I don't think that's necessarily Lundkvist. We'd have to be very careful making such a move.
