I think the actions of Philly this past week have made it certain that Giroux will go to a contender at the deadline (Colorado), leaving him free to go elsewhere over free agency. It isn't a stretch to think that he could now join the Sens in the off season. What you have here is pretty close to what I think he'll sign here or even elsewhere.
